Steps

  1. Put peanuts in food processor. Process until your desired chunky/creaminess (about 2-3 minutes for creamy peanut butter)

Notes

  • This avoids seed oils, sugar, salt, and other preservatives seen in US supermarket peanut butters.
  • Use whatever peanuts you want! e.g. salted, honey-roasted - I mostly use unsalted.
  • Add 1-2 T honey or maple syrup if you like it sweet.
  • Fits nicely in a pint mason jar.
  • Store in fridge for ~1 month or in pantry for ~2 weeks
