Sugar Cream Pie

Steps

  1. Heat mixture of butter, milk, and sugar.
  2. Mix together cornstarch, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add dry mixture slowly to milk. Cook until thick.
  4. Pour into baked pie shell.
  5. Sprinkle with nutmeg and chill.

  • 2 c milk
  • 0.5 c sugar
  • 0.25 c cornstarch
  • 0.5 c sugar
  • pinch of salt
