Zuccini a la Liz

Steps

  1. Cut 2 zuccinis lengthwise and combine with 1 beaten egg.
  2. Add approximately 3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs and fry in 2 tablespoons oil until zuccini is semi-soft.
  3. Add one can tomato sauce and cook on low, covered for about 20 minutes. Don’t screw it up.
