Steps
Boil potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese and 4 Tbs butter. (Add onions if desired).
Stir until melted.
Spread into 9x13 pan
Melt remaining butter and drizzle.
Refridgerate until ready to bake.
Bake at 350°F degrees for 1 hour.

10 large potatoes, peeled
8 oz sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
6 T butter
2 T onion, dry and minced, optional
