Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Steps

  1. Boil potatoes and mash. Add sour cream, cream cheese and 4 Tbs butter. (Add onions if desired).
  2. Stir until melted.
  3. Spread into 9x13 pan
  4. Melt remaining butter and drizzle.
  5. Refridgerate until ready to bake.
  6. Bake at 350°F degrees for 1 hour.

Ingredients

  • 10 large potatoes, peeled
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 T butter
  • 2 T onion, dry and minced, optional
