This is Joe’s favorite ‘birthday cake’.

Steps

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add milk and cocoa; beat until smooth.  Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Spoon into crust.
  4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and nuts.
  5. Cover and freeze overnight.

Notes

  • This recipe doubles well.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 t baking cocoa
  • 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 chocolate crumb crust, or graham cracker crust
  • 0.5 c chocolate syrup
  • 0.5 c chopped pecans, optional
