Frozen Cranberry Salad

Steps

  1. Combine milk and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, marshmallows, and pecans.
  2. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into a 9x13 dish. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Cut into squares.

Ingredients

  • 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.25 c lemon juice
  • 20-oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16-oz can whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 c miniature marshmallows
  • 8-oz carton Cool Whip, thawed
  • 0.5 c chopped pecans, if desired
