Crunchy Beefy Bake Casserole

Steps

  1. Prepare macaroni, drain.
  2. Brown ground beef, drain.
  3. Combine all ingredients except onion.
  4. Cover bottom with oil and pour half the mixture into a 2 qt. casserole
  5. Add 1/2 can onions. Pour remaining mixture over onions.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  7. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered for 5 minutes.

  • 1 pkg (7 oz) Creamettes elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (10 3/4) condensed cream of mushroom
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz) whole tomatoes (cut up)
  • 0.75 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 c chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 can (3 oz) Durkee Real French Fried Onions
