Steps

  1. Beat together half and half and cream cheese.
  2. Add chicken and onion.
  3. Spoon enchilada sauce in pan, spread ??? tortilla with sauce ?? then cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, ripe olives, and sour cream.

  • 0.33 c half and half
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 2 c shredded cooked chicken
  • 0.75 c chopped onion
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • cheddar cheese
  • monterey jack cheese
