Steps

  1. Brown hamburger and onions.
  2. Mix together: cream of mushroom soup, chilies, and enchilada sauce.
  3. Layer in 9x13 pan: broken taco chips, meat, soup mixture, and cheese - then repeat.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 35 min.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs hamburger (or 2 lbs)
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg (12 count) taco shells, broken into pieces
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can diced green chilies
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
